Job Overview:
We are looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition to join our agile team! As a Sr. Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal rolw in ensuring the end-to-end recruitment process run smoothly, also attract and recruit potential talents to be part of Torch's growth.
Job Role:
- Sourcing Talent: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and industry contacts to attract qualified candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Assess candidates for cultural fit, skills, and experience.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Develop relationships with potential candidates for ongoing recruitment efforts.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding efforts to attract top talent. Showcase the company culture, values, and opportunities for career growth.
- Data Analysis: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management. Use data to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Kualifikasi:
Job Qualifications:
- Experience: Min. 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably within the fashion retail or headhunting industry.
- Knowledge of Fashion Industry: A strong understanding of the fashion retail industry, including market trends, key players, and the competitive landscape.
- Recruitment Skills: Proficiency in sourcing techniques (including boolean search), candidate assessment, and interview skills. Experience with various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Relationship Building: Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Ability to establish rapport with candidates and maintain relationships with industry contacts.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to quickly identify issues and develop effective solutions.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
