Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in paid promotions, event sponsorships, and social media advertising within the K-Pop sector.
  • Provide ideation on new business opportunities and services that can be offered to clients.
  • Identify and target potential clients, sponsors, and partners within the K-Pop industry.

Client Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, sponsors, and partners.
  • Present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Manage communication between clients and internal teams, effectively transferring briefs and information.

Project Coordination:

  • Develop comprehensive campaign plans, including timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Oversee the creation and approval of campaign content, ensuring it aligns with client branding and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the events and talent management teams to identify opportunities for new events and talent engagements.
  • Assist the finance team in managing billings and financial aspects of projects.
  • Create pitching decks and present them to clients, showcasing our capabilities and proposals.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the K-Pop industry.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies and business development efforts.

Kualifikasi:

  • At least 3-5 years of sales experience, especially in a digital marketing & community development agency.
  • Deep understanding of the K-Pop industry and its community dynamics.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong client pipeline with the ability to bring in and retain key accounts.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude and a passion for K-Pop and entertainment.
