- Develop and implement strategies to meet Kobi Education's staffing needs.
- Manage recruitment processes: job postings, CV screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Manage social media content for employer branding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Conduct market research on talent acquisition trends.
- Track and analyze recruitment and branding metrics.
Kualifikasi:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and employer branding.
- Deep understanding of recruitment processes, employer branding, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for employer branding.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Creative and strategic thinking.
