Job Overview:

We are on a hunt for a Sr. Organization Development (OD) and Talent Management. This role is critical in ensuring that Torch's workforce is effectively managed, developed, and aligned with the company's strategic goals.

Job Role:

1. Develop and implement OD and talent management strategies aligned with business objectives, lead initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, culture, and performance, and drive change management processes to support strategic goals.
2. Design and oversee leadership development programs to build a robust leadership pipeline, coach and mentor senior leaders and high-potential employees.
3. Develop and implement talent retention and succession planning strategies.
4. Oversee performance management systems, including setting KPIs, OKRs, and conducting performance reviews.
5. Identify and develop strategies to address skill gaps and future talent needs.
6. Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
7. Foster a positive organizational culture that aligns with company values.
8. Assess training needs and develop comprehensive learning and development programs, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.
9. Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement.
10. Use data and analytics to measure the impact of OD and talent initiatives.
11. Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Kualifikasi:

Job Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field is required, master’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field is often preferred.
2. Min. 5 years of experience in organizational development, talent management, performance management, or a related HR function, with a proven experience in a leadership or senior management role within OD and talent management.
3. Able to develop and implement long-term strategies.
4. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to inform decision-making.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
7. Expertise in leading and managing organizational change.
8. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
9. Deep understanding of organizational development theories and practices.
10. Knowledge of talent management best practices and current trends.
11. Familiarity with HR technologies and systems used in talent management and organizational development.
