What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify critical business questions and translate them into actionable insights using a range of machine learning techniques
• Build and deploy efficient, robust, and scalable machine learning models with a focus on reliable architecture and production-ready solutions
• Craft compelling narratives, analyses, and presentations to effectively communicate complex data insights to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Champion data quality and integrity across all stages of the data lifecycle, leading data collection, cleaning, and preparation efforts
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, manage timelines, and ensure smooth project execution
• Mentor and empower junior data scientists and trainees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends within the data science landscape, including new model building methods, AI, computer vision, and the Internet of Things

Kualifikasi:

Person We Are Looking for:

• Minimum 1-2 years of progressively responsible experience as a Data Scientist, demonstrating a strong track record of delivering impactful results
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Deep understanding of statistical concepts and proficiency in using SQL, Python, Javascript, and other relevant data science tools and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Proven experience in developing and implementing generative AI projects is essential
• Demonstrated experience managing AI models in production, on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, is essential
• Able to effectively communicate data insights and build compelling data stories using BI visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
• Highly effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills, capable of conveying information clearly and persuasively
• The ability to think critically, structure analyses, and formulate well-reasoned conclusions is highly valued
• High degree of self-motivation, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering high-quality results while taking ownership of assigned tasks
• Unwavering passion for data, a continuous learner, and a desire to stay at the forefront of the data science landscape
