Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Responsible for supporting Project Manager for following up related to contract and related matters.
• Assist management team for Periodical Business Payment assignment, including but not limited to reply Vendor’s messages, inquiries, etc.
• Help to build project development and operational teaming.
• Conduct in cost estimation, schedule, and tracking.
• Perform project procurement activities.
• Prepare a report for job cost and status.
• Localize documents needed to English, Bahasa Indonesia, and Chinese, or Vice Versa.

Kualifikasi:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Indonesia, and Mandarin.
• Possess good communication skills, positive attitude, well-mannered, flexible, detail oriented, professional, teamwork oriented and technology savvy.
• Strong project management experience, to successfully lead projects from initiation to completion according to timeline set.
• Ability to think strategically, align projects with organizational goals, and make decisions that contribute to overall business success.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in dynamic environments and manage projects across various industries and domains.
• Capable of maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in handling sensitive information.
