• Create and update digital marketing briefs and guidelines for content and design, ensuring they align with company and brand standards.
• Develop and review digital content plans that align with the brand image to boost sales and attract new customers on social media and e-commerce, including live shopping.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that content displayed on social media aligns with company regulations and brand goals.
• Communicate content implementation plans to ensure alignment with business goals in published content.
• Maintain good relationships with various internal and external parties to support smooth business operations.
• Review and provide feedback on digital content plans to ensure high-quality content that aligns with the brand image, meets brand needs, and complies with company standards.
• Monitor the implementation of existing plans, analyze the results of each activity, and derive insights or evaluations for further development.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communication, Business Management, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in social media marketing.
• Experience in the Beauty Industry or FMCG is a plus.
• Proficient in Copywriting, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Management.
