Job Overview:
We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our growing team! As a Social Media Specialist, you will play a vital role in shaping TORCH’s online presence, engaging with the target audience,, and driving digital marketing efforts, mainly on Instagram and X (past: Twitter).
Job Role:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the TORCH’s marketing goals and target audience.
- Content Creation: Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms (Instagram and X).
- Community Engagement: Foster a sense of community by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and initiating conversations to build brand loyalty.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and collaborations.
- Influencer Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with influencers and fashion bloggers to promote the brand and products.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media analytics to track performance, analyze trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, social media features, and competitor activities to keep the TORCH's social media presence innovative and competitive.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels, maintaining a cohesive and visually appealing online presence.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and issues via social media, providing timely and professional responses.
Kualifikasi:
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Min. 5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent visual and written communication skills with a creative flair.
- Proficiency in using social media scheduling tools, analytics, and advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools for creating social media visuals.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and experience in managing influencer collaborations.
- Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights to improve social media performance.
- Adaptability to changing social media algorithms and industry trends.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to engage and connect with the target audience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple social media channels and campaigns simultaneously
