Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with company vision and mission, including audience targeting and marketing objectives to increase followers and maximize engagement.
- Lead a team of content and social media experts to produce, edit, and manage creative content (text, images, videos) for all social media platforms used by company, ensuring consistent quality and creativity.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of content and social media campaigns using analytical tools to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and questions from the audience to build positive relationships and effectively voice content expectations to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, customer service teams, influencers, and brand ambassadors to create coherent and engaging content and develop effective campaigns.
- Stay updated on and analyze the latest trends in social media and related industries to ensure company remains relevant and competitive.
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms to increase visibility and brand recognition for company
- Handle social media crisis situations swiftly and effectively, ensuring the brand's reputation is maintained.
- Provide insights and training to other teams on best practices in social media and the latest trends.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record across various platforms.
- Proficiency in tools such as Meta, Canva, Shopify, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to create innovative and engaging content, and adapt to various media formats.
- Capable of communicating effectively with teams and other stakeholders, and articulating ideas clearly.
- Ability to analyze content performance and optimize strategies based on data.
- Experience working with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand content reach.
