Job Desc:
Formulate effective strategies to boost our brand presence and aid user development on social media by overseeing B2B and
B2C content. Strategically manage and optimize our social media channels for a compelling and engaging online presence.
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy.
2. Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research through qualitative and quantitative methods to understand
industry dynamics, trends, and challenges within the target market. Define and refine user personas through extensive
demographic and psychographic analysis.
3. Content Creation and Copywriting: Generate creative and impactful content ideas and activations to achieve
significant reach and engagement scores.
4. Social Media Platform Management & optimization : Manage, optimize, and strategically grow our major social media
platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, and LinkedIn.
5. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze social media performance metrics, preparing
regular reports and insights.
6. Community Management: Manage all of Talenesia social media channels for brand mentions and engage with the
audience in a timely and authentic manner.
7. Campaign Development: Develop integrated campaign plans that include activations across many formats and
channels (e.g. video, interactive, social)
8. Trend Analysis : Implement social listening tools to track sentiments, monitor competitors' movements, and identify
potential trends. Capitalize quickly on emerging trends to stay ahead in the market.
