Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Content Creation: Assist in developing and producing creative and engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and review the performance of social media content, provide feedback and suggestions, and analyze content performance metrics.
- Social Media Management: Support in managing our social media presence by scheduling posts, engaging with audience interactions, and keeping up with trends and best practices in content creation.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to track TikTok and other platform trends, identify content and collaboration opportunities, and provide insights to enhance content strategy and campaign effectiveness.
- Performance Analysis: Assist in analyzing content performance, preparing detailed reports for stakeholders, and optimizing future strategies using data insights such as engagement rates, follower growth, and sales impact.
Kualifikasi:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Passionate about content creation and social media.
- Basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut or other video editing apps).
- Strong understanding of the TikTok platform, including its algorithms, trends, and user behaviors.
- Excellent communication and creative skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms for content creation and performance analysis.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to commit for a three-month or more full-time internship
