Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Assist with content drafting and ideation for new content on social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and drive growth for Ibusibuk’s platform.
• Create and manage social media content, including copy, images, and videos, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s voice and tone.
• Engage the audience through interactive comments and direct messages.
• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies and campaigns to achieve strong results.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends.
• Analyse social media campaign performance and provide weekly reports and insights to the team.

Kualifikasi:

• Recent graduate or university student in their final semester.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
• Knowledge of social media best practices and emerging trends.
• Basic design skills using tools such as Canva and CapCut.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Creative and enthusiastic.
• Ability to multitask and quickly learn new skills.
• Willing to work in BSD, Tangerang, on a daily basis.
• Able to commit for six months or more.
