Job Description :

• Develop and execute effective social media strategies to meet the company’s marketing objectives
• Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc)
• Monitor and manage social media, including scheduling and publishing posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with the online community
• Collaborate with other department teams to create and implement social media campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and implement innovative strategies to drive growth and engagement

Kualifikasi:

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field
• Experience working as a Social Media Executive or a similar role
• n-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative campaigns
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Familiar with KPI to track and measure the success of social media performances
