Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Account Grooming: Utilize the grooming platform to manage and groom up to 500 social media accounts per day, ensuring all accounts are active and engaging.
• Content Management: Post regular content, interact with followers, and engage in relevant discussions to maintain account activity.
• Compliance: Ensure all accounts comply with the respective platform’s guidelines and community standards to avoid suspensions.
• Monitoring: Regularly monitor account performance and health, addressing any issues or flags that arise.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed records of grooming activities and provide regular reports on account status and performance.
• Content Creation: Maintain the amount of content in the content bank by following social media trends and creating contents.
• Suspension Handling: Assist in handling account suspensions, including initiating appeals and following up on recovery processes.

Kualifikasi:

• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube) and familiarity with social media management and editing (Capcut) tools
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure accounts are managed according to platform guidelines.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills for engaging with followers and creating content.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to monitor and interpret account performance data.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle and resolve issues related to account suspensions and other platform-related challenges.
