Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Content Creation: Develop and produce engaging and high-quality content (text, images, videos) tailored to social media platforms.
- Social Media Management: Manage and maintain the company’s profiles on social media, including posting regular updates, engaging with followers, and responding to inquiries or comments in a timely manner.
- Content Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media and content strategy that aligns with the company’s marketing goals, target audience, and brand voice across all platforms.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, Google Review, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including promotions, contests, and product launches, to drive engagement and conversions.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of content and campaigns across using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Brand Collaboration: Work closely with influencers, brand ambassadors, and other content creators to expand the company’s reach and enhance brand visibility on all platforms.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, best practices for social media, and incorporate them into the company’s content strategy.
- Community Building: Foster and grow the online community by encouraging conversations, building relationships with followers, and nurturing brand loyalty on social media
- Collaboration with Marketing Team: Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure content is aligned with overall marketing goals and campaigns across all platforms.
Kualifikasi:
- Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
- Creative Skills: Strong ability to create visually appealing and engaging content (graphics, videos, and text) tailored to each platform's audience.
- Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze social media metrics and translate data into actionable strategies.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media management tools and content creation tools.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new trends, platforms, and technologies in the social media landscape.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, collaborating with the marketing and design teams to achieve common goals.
- Passion for Travel: Genuine interest and passion for the travel industry, with an understanding of what resonates with travelers on social media.
- Travel Experience: Previous travel experience is required, with the ability to draw on personal travel insights to create authentic and relatable content.
