Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive social media and content strategies, including 360-degree campaigns, that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
- Content Management: Oversee content creation and curation across all social channels, particularly Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistency and quality across all written and multimedia content.
- Community Engagement: Build and engage a robust online community, growing the brand's follower base through creative content, performance mapping, competitive analysis, and influencer collaboration.
- Campaign Development: Create and manage detailed social orchestration and campaign journeys, working closely with clients from initial briefing to execution.
- Trend Monitoring: Maintain high awareness of relevant trends and news to identify content opportunities and keep the team updated on platform changes.
- Performance Reporting: Generate and analyze regular social media reports (monthly, quarterly, annually) to track and improve performance.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Social Media Managers and Executives, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to develop strong concepts and present and articulate these concepts effectively.
- Creative Coordination: Set the tone and drive creativity, collaborating with the Creative Director and internal teams to ensure creative excellence.
- Research & Insights: Produce, analyze, and deliver consumer insights, combining market data, qualitative research, and product knowledge to inform and enhance campaign strategies.
Kualifikasi:
- Minimum 4-6 years working in an advertising or media agency as a Manager Digital Strategist/Strategic Planner.
- At least 3 years as a Senior Digital Strategist/Strategic Planner.
- Proven track record in managing social media accounts, particularly in tech companies or B2B-centric accounts, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience leading teams and managing multiple clients with diverse business needs.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in guiding and mentoring team members.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
