Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Work shifting
• Monitor security sensors and review logs to identify network anomalies or detections
• Report the incident to the concerned team along with the SOC.
• To escalate the incident whenever the SLA's are not met.
• Assist SOC Analyst in incident workflow.
• Assist SOC team in incident detection and resolving.
• Communicate with external teams in proper incident resolution.
• Making the daily reports, weekly reports and monthly reports on time.
• Liaise with Other departments on security Detection, identifying root cause and recommend mitigation step(s)/ remedial action(s)

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor Degree in Information System/Information Security or in a related field preferred, equivalent work experience in a related field also considered
• Has understanding Framework Security
• Identifying, modifying, and manipulating applicable system components within Windows, Unix, or Linux (e.g., passwords, user accounts, files)
• Has understanding of network, server and application fundamentals, and its protocols within OSI layer framework
• Have passion to develop skill related Security
