Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Service Engineer who is also sales-oriented to join our team. This position requires an individual with a strong background in chemistry, material science, physics, plastics, and electronics, and who experienced in customer handling and providing technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for electronic equipment and sensor products to ensure proper installation, functionality, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the company’s product line in a timely manner.
• Work closely with the product development and engineering teams to offer solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs and offer relevant solutions.
• Proactively promote company products and solutions to potential clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and closing sales.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of electronic equipment, sensors, and related technologies.
• Familiarity with plastics and materials used in electronic products.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.
