Job Description :

• Define, design, execute and socialize a series of research studies that build a strong understanding of current and future audiences and their experiences.
• Drive insights from quantitative and qualitative data, complementing other research in partnership with product designers and stakeholders.
• Conduct user behavior analysis through studies, in-depth interviews, surveys, benchmark studies, and online experiments (A/B testing) or other methods.
• Implement complex technical and product issues into research.

Kualifikasi:

• 3 - 5 years of experience in the relevant role
• Strong understanding & experience with various research methodologies, their pros/cons and application during various phases of product development
• Experienced in analytics to define research questions, identify appropriate methods and provide research results or findings
• Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills
• Experienced in translating findings into actionable strategic product/business recommendations
• Familiar with Prototyping Tools (Figma, Maze, Marvelapp etc.)
• Familiar with Analytic tools (Mix Panel, Hotjar, Google Analytic)
• Good understanding of business and consumer behavior on expedition platform
