Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

1. Sell the company's services to potential customers and ensure that sales targets and KPIs are achieved.
2. Establish and maintain good and professional relationships with company stakeholders including but not limited to Clients, Internal Teams, and Company Partners.
3. Work with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
4. Collaborate with Strategic Planner and Implementer to prepare proposals and presentations for clients covering the service strategy to be performed.
5. Ensure the entry of all required data, reports and documents into the Project Management System and/or other platforms.
6. Ensure that all data and daily reports are filled in the Project Management System.
7. Oversee and ensure all business processes with clients related to project/campaign planning and implementation run smoothly effectively and efficiently.
8. Provide good customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction.
9. Ensure all tasks and work are completed on time.

Kualifikasi:

1. Bachelor's degree in communication/marketing/management/digital.
2. 5 years of working experience as media/digital company sales/event organizer.
3. Oral and written communication, presentation, and analysis.
4. Technical knowledge of digital products and services.
5. Orientation to achievement and customer satisfaction.
6. English proficiency is an advantage.
7. Living in the Bekasi or East Jakarta area is preferred.
