As the Head of Consumer Research for Vidio, you will lead a team responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting consumer insights to drive strategic decisions and enhance the user experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for growth. Your role will be instrumental in shaping our product development roadmap and refining our marketing strategies to meet the evolving needs of our audience
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and market trends
- Develop and implement strategic research methodologies to support business objectives.
- Analyze data from various sources, including user behavior, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and finance, to inform strategic decisions.
- Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Vidio.com remains competitive.
Kualifikasi:
- Proven experience 5-8 in consumer research, market analysis, or related field, preferably in the OTT industry or other digital natives company
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize multiple projects.
- Excellent analytical skills, with experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python) is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively, with a strong customer-centric mindset.
