Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Review software requirements and prepare test scenarios.
• Analyzing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability.
• Overseeing the drafting of testing documents.
• Implementing testing procedures and overseeing the QA process.
• Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures.
• Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.
• Responding to requests from the design team and management.
• Provide solutions for program flow

Soft Skills & Knowledge:

• Fluently in English
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to learn new things and knowledge, have good logic, analytical thinking, and critical thinking.
• Detail-oriented and can work with minimal supervision.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
• Passionate about being involved in the development of high-quality creative digital applications, and deep interest in creative product development
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective listener

Technical Skills:

• Have understanding about software delivery life cycle
• Hands-on experience on software testing in UAT/SIT/Prod
• Have F&B domain background (plus but not required)
• Experienced in Mobile testing (iOS & Android) and Web testing
• Experience in using test case and bug management tools like JIRA, Asana, etc.
• Able to communicate in English
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in working in Agile process methodology
