OpenWay Group, a global leader in digital payments software, is seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our R&D team. As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge software solutions. In the R&D department, we use Java, REST Assured, Selenium/Selenide, and a set of internal libraries and tools for automation testing. We also use Bitbucket as a Git server to store the code, TeamCity as a CI tool, and Jira as a bug-tracking system.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Testing Strategy: develop and implement effective testing strategies for our microservices architecture, ensuring comprehensive coverage across all components.
• Process Optimization: continuously optimize the current software testing processes.
• Coordinate with teams within R&D: collaborate closely with the R&D teams to align testing efforts with development cycles, ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to quality assurance.
• Automation: maintain and improve the current automated testing framework, offer new approaches and technologies in a field test automation.
• Test Documentation: create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Embrace the domain: study the business process of digital payments.

• Experience in technical leadership.
• Experience with various frameworks, understanding of their pros and cons.
• Knowledge of docker, K8s/OpenShift.
• Knowledge of SQL and general DBMS theory.
• Experience with Oracle.

Kualifikasi:

• 5+ years of professional experience in software testing, including writing automated tests in any common high-level language, working in a team and company, working with requirements, managing code versions.
• Experience with a large number of requirements, the ability to track coverage of automated tests.
• Analytical skills, systems thinking, effective communication, the ability to provide evidence and be persuasive.
• Experience in microservices architecture systems testing, covering both testing system deployment, test automation.
• Knowledge in related fields: CI/CD, containerization.
• Proficiency in English sufficient for reading specifications and business correspondence, conversational level at least intermediate.
