Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in the data analytics or technology sector.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
• Familiarity with data analytic projects and an understanding of data management practices.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
