7. Documenting each engineering process clearly and comprehensively.
8. Collaborating with other divisions to ensure smooth integration and maximizing product development.

Kualifikasi:

1. Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.
2. Minimum 5 years of work experience in software development, IT infrastructure management, or related positions in the technology industry.
3. Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or other methods.
4. Experience in designing, implementing, and testing automation and optimization processes.
5. In-depth knowledge of technology infrastructure such as cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and server management.
6. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, Kotlin, or other programming languages.
7. Understanding of IT security practices and monitoring.
8. Familiarity with product development within companies.
9. Strong analytical skills in solving various problems.
10. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with teams and various parties.
