Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Create effective talent acquisition and employer branding activities. 
• Design and implement tools for acquisition and assessment.
• Conduct job analysis, job evaluation and job description as well as job grading.
• Design and implement employee strategies, talent mapping, career management and leadership development programs.
• Support delivery of onboarding for new hires and training to employees for competency & performance improvement.

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Management/ or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience and proven exposure in talent acquisition, talent management, learning & development activities.
• Having experience or proven exposure in as internal trainer, end to end learning & development program from conduct training need analysis, competency gap analysis, create delivery, monitoring and evaluate training programs.
