Deskripsi Pekerjaan:


  1. Establish and execute brand marketing strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies tailored specifically to the Indonesian market. Create compelling brand narratives, positioning, and visual identity that resonate with the local target audience while aligning with the global brand guidelines. Your strategies should drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and market penetration.
  2. Conduct market research and competitive analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand the Indonesian homeware market, consumer preferences, trends, and competition. Identify gaps, opportunities, and target segments to inform effective marketing strategies. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to adapt strategies accordingly.
  3. Develop retail partnerships and distribution channels: Collaborate with retail partners, both online and offline, to establish strategic partnerships and distribution channels for our new brand. Leverage your prior experience in the retail industry to negotiate favorable terms, secure prime shelf space, and ensure brand visibility. Develop marketing programs and promotions to drive sales and enhance brand presence within retail environments.
  4. Create and implement marketing campaigns: Develop innovative and impactful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Utilize a mix of traditional and digital marketing channels, including social media, influencer partnerships, content marketing, and experiential activations, to maximize reach and resonance. Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling visuals, copy, and marketing collaterals.
  5. Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics: Utilize analytical tools to monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Analyze key metrics, such as brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance, to derive actionable insights. Optimize campaigns based on data-driven decision-making and adjust strategies to achieve marketing objectives.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, design, and operations, to ensure alignment between brand vision, product offerings, and customer expectations. Provide market insights and consumer feedback to inform product development and enhancements.

Kualifikasi:


  1. Proven experience (3-5 years) in brand marketing and retail operations, with a focus on premium brands.
  2. Strong understanding of the Indonesian market landscape, consumer behavior, and trends.
  3. Experience in retail partnerships and distribution channels.
  4. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
  5. Proficiency in market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights.
  6. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  7. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive data-informed decisions.
  8. Creative thinking, attention to detail, and a passion for design and aesthetics.
