The Customer Service and Logistics is a senior professional responsible for orchestrating the critical link between our Tentang Anak and our valued customers. This role is multifaceted, involving strategic planning, collaborative relationship management, managing 3rd party fulfillment vendor (warehouse and transportation) and the ability to translate customer needs into supply chain solutions that drive service, cost, and cash improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Service and Cost Effectiveness (transport, warehouse, and logistics cost)
• Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key customer stakeholders
• Act as the primary point of contact for all supply chain-related matters and proactively address customer concerns and requirements
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with customer requirements and enhance service levels, cost efficiency, and cash flow
• Collaborate with customers to optimize on-shelf product availability and reduce stockouts, improving overall customer satisfaction
• Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to ensure the successful commercialization of supply chain improvements

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in customer supply chain management, warehouse and logistics for 3-5 years
• Strong collaborative mindset
• Experience in relationship-building with external stakeholders (transportation, warehousing) and know how to maintain positive relationship
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change within a customer-oriented context
• Operational discipline in carry our daily duties
• Obsessed with continuous improvement and always put customers first mindset
