Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Legal Advice: Provide strategic legal advice to the executive team and other departments on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including service agreements, partnership agreements, vendor contracts, and NDAs.
- Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including corporate governance, labor laws, and data privacy regulations.
- Risk Management: Identify legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
- Dispute Resolution: Oversee dispute resolution, manage litigation, and liaise with external counsel as needed.
- Corporate Governance: Oversee all corporate governance matters, including board meetings, resolutions, and shareholder agreements.
- Mergers & Acquisitions: Provide legal support for M&A transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and negotiating deal terms.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior legal staff, fostering a culture of continuous development and legal excellence within the team.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, regulatory bodies, and external counsel.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree in Law is required
- At least 7-10 years of professional legal experience, preferably with experience in corporate law, commercial law, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, contracts, intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, and dispute resolution.
- Proven experience in leading and managing legal teams, with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
