Bank BTPN was established in 1958 to handle the pensions of retired military personnel. In February 2019, PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk (“BTPN”), an equity-method affiliate of Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, merged with PT Bank Sumitomo Mitsui Indonesia (“SMBCI”), a local subsidiary of Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, to create PT Bank BTPN Tbk (“Bank BTPN”). Deskripsi Pekerjaan:<ul><li>Coordinate with related departments to plan and execute IT Projects, to maintain dependencies of each projects, to report the progress of project execution and also to provide any data-data adhoc relate to IT project based on the needs of the bank.</li><li>To ensure Project documentation availability &amp; readiness before Project being implemented to Production</li><li>To correspondent with other departement relate to usage of resources in order to ensure IT Project being executed based on agreed timeline scheduled.</li><li>Continuously to improve IT project management process.</li><li>Frequently giving away tutorial for the importance of managing IT Project Management in proper way.</li></ul>Kualifikasi:<ul><li>At least 5 years exposure in IT Project Management</li><li>Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related major</li><li>Having experience in Banking or other financial industries is mandatory</li><li>Technical Knowledge: IT Banking Operation - Basic, IT Risk Management - Basic, Software Quality Assurance - Basic, IT Value Management - Intermediate, IT Vendor Management - Basic, IT Asset Management (Software &amp; Hardware) – Basic, IT Strategic Planning - Intermediate, IT Governance - Basic, IT Service Management - Basic, Banking Business Process - Basic, IT Project Management - Intermediate</li></ul>
