Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's goals and market trends.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance management systems and processes to evaluate employee performance and identify development opportunities.
  • HR Analytics: Analyze HR data to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • HR Policy Development: Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with local and international labor laws.
  • Mentorship and Development: Mentor and develop HR team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
  • Curriculum Development: Create and deliver training programs and workshops on various HR topics, such as onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Global HR Initiatives: Collaborate with HR teams in other regions to ensure consistent HR practices and support global business expansion.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including the Omnibus Law.
  • HR Business Partnering: Serve as a strategic HR business partner, advising and supporting business leaders on HR-related matters.
  • HRIS Implementation and Management: Oversee the implementation and management of HR information systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Data Analytics: Use HR data to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of HR programs, and inform decision-making.

Additional Responsibilities as Mentor and Syllabus Developer

  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior HR professionals, helping them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Curriculum Development: Develop comprehensive training syllabi for various HR topics, ensuring that the content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with the company's needs.
  • Training Delivery: Deliver training sessions effectively, using a variety of instructional methods to engage learners and facilitate knowledge transfer.
  • Performance Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement


Kualifikasi:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR role within a global organization (In the Technology industry it will be preferably).
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of HR best practices, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and HR analytics.
  • Global Mindset: Experience working in a multicultural environment and understanding of global HR trends and regulations.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team of HR professionals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align HR initiatives with the overall business objectives.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with HR management systems and other relevant technologies.
  • Understanding of Omnibus Law and Labor Regulations: Deep understanding of the Omnibus Law and relevant labor regulations in Indonesia, including their implications for HR practices.
  • HR Business Partner (HRBP) Skills: Ability to serve as a strategic HR business partner, collaborating with business leaders to achieve organizational goals.
  • HR Information Systems (HRIS) Expertise: Proficiency in using HRIS systems and leveraging data analytics to drive HR decision-making.
