Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

1. Illustrate concepts by creating drafts of illustrations/designs and their copies according to the target market or brief given.
2. Collaborate with the creative team in creating visual designs such as images, graphics, animations, and short videos for digital platforms in accordance with guidelines and objectives.
3. Analyze and stay up to date with design trends and improve the visual quality of client pitching decks.
4. Assist in solving problems with quick and accurate solutions and be able to provide ideas to clients on ongoing projects.
5. Oversee the visual content creation process, from concept to implementation, to ensure quality and design consistency.
6. Develop and strengthen client brand identity through consistent and relevant designs on social media platforms.
7. Proactively guide and supervise the work of the Graphic Design team.

Kualifikasi:

1. Diploma or bachelor's degree in Art/Design/Creative fields
2. Have at least 2 years experience in a related role
3. Proven experience in Advertising agency is a PLUS
4. Comprehension in Adobe illustrator, Photoshop, After Effect, Premiere, and other design tools
5. Able to work independently and proactively in a team
6. Up to date with the latest style and market trends (news, social media, etc.)
7. Creative minded and good eye for details
8. Great passion for the creative field
