• Oversee the integration of new partners, ensuring that all technical, operational, and business aspects are addressed.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, engineering, marketing) to ensure seamless integration and launch of partnership initiatives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide partners with insights and recommendations to optimize their performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance partner engagement and satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis and partner feedback.

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a related role within the fintech industry (e.g., P2P KreditPintar, Julo, Ada Pundi, e-wallets, aggregators, payment gateways).
• Proven track record of successfully securing and managing partnerships.
• Strong understanding of fintech products, services, and market dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent English proficiency
