Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Responsible for growing the Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) services and initiating new initiatives 
• Maintaining and enhancing cooperation with existing merchants, such as e-commerce and payment gateway partners in order to grow GMV
• Responsible for daily merchant business promotion, operation, and maintenance
• Optimizing new users' adoption using Akulaku's installment products
• Promote the development of the group's business and complete the KPI issued by the company every month
• Design an effective plan through the judgment of the market and realize it

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s degree in any major
• 2+ years of work experience in Business Development and Key Account functions from Financial technology/Banking/E-commerce/OTA industry/company
• Fluent in speaking English. Being able to speak Mandarin will be a plus, but not required
• Have strong communication and logical analysis skills
• Leadership (team management) skill is preferred
• Great understanding of consumer financing and the fintech industry
