Responsibilities

• Works closely with the creative team to develop concepts under the direction of the Creative Manager
• Turns creative visions into visual realities, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy.
• Converts ideas into visually compelling and impactful designs
• Engages actively throughout the entire ATL & BTL production process, from concept creation to execution and supervision
• Leads, mentors, and supports a team of designers to enhance their performance

Kualifikasi:

Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in art direction (including film, photo, BTL, and digital production), graphic design or a related field
• Expertise in design software, including Adobe Creative Cloud
• Highly proficient in project management and leading creative teams
• Exceptional skills in motion/ video editing and design layout
• Capable of working independently, managing multiple projects at once, and consistently meeting deadlines
• Exceptional creativity and innovation, with a sharp eye for aesthetics and detail
• Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, highly proactive, with a positive attitude and collaborative nature
