Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Tax Compliance: Manage all aspects of tax compliance, including filing tax returns, preparing tax provisions, and responding to tax inquiries.
• Tax Planning: Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize tax efficiency and minimize tax liabilities.
• Internal Controls: Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor finance and accounting staff. Provide guidance and support to ensure team effectiveness and professional development.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) designation preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and tax roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
• Experience with financial reporting and tax compliance
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Attention to detail and accuracy
