Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  •  Attend all meetings of the Sales Manager and provide general administrative support (taking minutes of meetings and following up with key next steps)
  •   Manage and maintain schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  •   Prepare and edit business communications, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  •   Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
  •   Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales materials and proposals.

Sales Support:

  •  Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the sales system.
  •   Assist in the preparation of quotes, proposals, and contracts.
  •   Track and monitor sales leads, opportunities, and follow-ups.
  •   Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
  •   Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for review by management.
  •   Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.

Client Relations:

  •  Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  •   Provide support in managing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  •   Assist in coordinating client meetings, events, and surveys.

Other Duties:

  •  Assist in special projects and other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager or other senior staff.
  •   Continuously seek to improve processes and workflows to enhance efficiency.

 

Kualifikasi:

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably with experience in sales support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales order processing systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English would be an asset, but not required
