Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the company.
• Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.
• Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products.
• Collaborate with the Product Developer to prioritize the product backlog.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
• Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress.
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
• Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
• Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
• Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.

Kualifikasi:

• Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and Kanban practices.
• Facilitation: Ability to facilitate discussions and ceremonies effectively.
• Coaching and Mentoring: Experience in coaching teams and individuals in Agile practices.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve obstacles.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey project status, risks, and issues.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
