Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Facilitate daily Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support the Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog and optimizing team performance.
• Ensure the team follows Agile principles, removing obstacles to progress.

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree from reputable university
• More than 3 years’ experience as Scrum Master
• Experience in Software Development
• Experience as a leader more than 2 years
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills
• English proficient (written and oral)
• Ready to join immediately.
• Willing to work on 6-month contract (Potential extension subject to performance evaluation)
• Willing to work onsite from Client Office at Pulomas Jakarta or Yogyakarta.
