Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Use effective methodology to deliver and master various training formats according to WINGS Corporate University standards.
• Collaborate in creating syllabi and training materials, and coordinate in training design together with the Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Providing technical support in accordance with training needs including ensuring the availability of training facilities and coordinating the operational readiness of training efficiently.
• Measure the impact of training and document results and work progress.
• Measure the impact of learning and prepare evaluation reports to assess the effectiveness of training.

Kualifikasi:

• Candidate must own at least a Bachelor Degree from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00)
• Mandatory : Having 1-7 years experience as Sales Trainer in FMCG Company
• Having the ability to deliver interesting and effective training material.
• Experienced in developing training modules.
• Willing to be placed in Cakung, East Jakarta
