Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Prepare, review, and process export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, health certificates, etc.).
- Ensure that all export documentation complies with the regulations of destination countries.
- Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics providers to book shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure smooth delivery and address any issues that arise during transit.
- Stay up-to-date with export regulations, including customs, tax, and import restrictions in various countries.
- Apply and verify HS Codes.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for shipping seafood, including food safety regulations.
- Communicate with international customers regarding order status, shipping details, and documentation requirements.
- Resolve any issues related to export documentation and shipment delays.
- Work with the sales and operations teams to ensure that all export orders are processed and shipped according to customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and documentation.
- Prepare regular reports on shipment status, export volumes, and logistics performance.
- Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain and update records and able to generate and submit monthly export reports.
Kualifikasi:
- Minimum D3
- Proficient in English
- Min. 1-2 years experience in similar position esp from fmcg/frozen products industry
- Keep updated with export regulations and import restrictions in various contries
- Honest and diligent, fast learning and adaptable
- Able to work in a team
- Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta/Jakarta
