Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets, identifying opportunities for growth and market expansion.
- Set clear sales targets and objectives for individual team members, monitoring performance and providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast future sales performance, providing input for budgeting and resource planning.
- Conduct performance evaluations and assessments for sales team members, recognizing top performers and addressing performance issues proactively.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, KPIs, and metrics to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships.
