Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets, identifying opportunities for growth and market expansion.
  • Set clear sales targets and objectives for individual team members, monitoring performance and providing regular feedback and coaching.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast future sales performance, providing input for budgeting and resource planning.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and assessments for sales team members, recognizing top performers and addressing performance issues proactively.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, KPIs, and metrics to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.

Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships.
