Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

This is a full-time role for a Sales B2C & Modern Market at BMI Indonesia (PT MONIER). The Sales B2C & Modern Market will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including communication with customers, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales activities, delivering training sessions, and managing sales.

• Drive sales growth and manage customer relationships in the modern market sector.
• Execute sales strategies, promotional activities, and ensure product availability.
• Analyze market trends and collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.

Kualifikasi:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Experience in sales and sales management
• Ability to deliver training sessions effectively
• Knowledge of the roofing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineer, business, marketing, or a related field
• Good English.
• Proven experience in sales within modern markets especially Building Material Market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
• Driving License type A.
