Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

1. Drive Sales of residential project
2. Manage Marketing Strategy & Marketing Communication
3. Conduct marketing campaign and social media marketing, include billboard handling
4. Manage events (above the line and below the line)
5. Conduct exhibition, canvasing and other sales activities
6. Close relation to agent coordinator and property agents
7. Report to General Manager Residential

Kualifikasi:

1. Education, minimum S1
2. Experienced as Sales Manager or Marketing Manager of residential minimum 3 years
3. Passion to achieve target
4. Capable to manage team sales
5. Good communication skill and persuasive
6. Familiar with property market at East of Jakarta (Cibitung & Cikarang)
