Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

1. Drive, create and develop new Freight Forwarding business the operations and sales organization
2. The primary responsibility is to grow the business with new and/or existing customers focusing on the assigned business
3. This position requires a person possessing deep knowledge of import and export process, air and ocean freight.
4. The person also needs to play a role as a “hunter and farmer”, connecting business with Operations, Product Pricing, Sales and Marketing.
5. This role will have an assigned volume growth target and will be reviewed every 3 months

Kualifikasi:

1. Fluently / Active in English (a must) and other language such as Mandarin (additional)
2. Min. 3 years of relevant experience, or more, in Freight forwarding business
3. Demonstrated ability to gain new businesses
4. Experience in attracting and managing clients across the country
5. Highly motivated individually who can find, develop, qualify leads into sales
6. In-depth knowledge of best-in class sales process and negotiating skills
