Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Role in Retail Sales (B2C) and responsible for Europe's No.1 in water treatment. Successful candidate will work directly with the General Manager to sell BWT Residential and Domestic product range; manage key B2C accounts.

Job Description:

• Sell BWT retail products directly and engage with retail customers
• Strong follow-up skills to convert sales and ensure prompt payment from customers
• Assisting in implementation the sales strategy set by General Manager and hit yearly sales targets
• Maintain good relationships with new and existing retail customers
• Establish corporate image and maintain professionalism
• Strong focus on positive team player and open communication
• Prepare and submit monthly activity reports
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Kualifikasi:

Requirements:

Whilst fluency in Bahasa would be an advantage, strong written and spoken English is a must. The successful candidate must also have excellent people skills, planning management skills with an ability to convey key messages internally and externally.

• Candidate should possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related fields of sales/projects/marketing is required for this position. Preferably with basic grasp of technical understanding.
• Possess a strong interpersonal skill including solid communication skills and ability to interact with people from all levels
• Excellent presentation skills
• Willing to be hands on and positive learning attitude
• Team player mindset, able to work independently and get involved in the execution of principle sales strategies
