Deskripsi

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Manage a portfolio of Accounts, also building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Achieving monthly sales KPIs by identifying and developing new and existing customers by up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by managing end-to-end customer journey of each of our partners from sourcing to the last mile
  • Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts, pricing agreements to maximize profit and align with company policies
  • Collaborate with finance teams to ensure the payment proceed in timely manner
  • Coordinate with supply chain, operations, and logistics teams to ensure efficient distribution and availability of products

Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the HORECA business, with a strong network of contacts
  • Experience in handling fresh food products will be a plus
  • Good in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales data
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, supply chain, and distribution processes.
