Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Manage a portfolio of Accounts, also building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Achieving monthly sales KPIs by identifying and developing new and existing customers by up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by managing end-to-end customer journey of each of our partners from sourcing to the last mile
- Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts, pricing agreements to maximize profit and align with company policies
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure the payment proceed in timely manner
- Coordinate with supply chain, operations, and logistics teams to ensure efficient distribution and availability of products
Kualifikasi:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the HORECA business, with a strong network of contacts
- Experience in handling fresh food products will be a plus
- Good in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales data
- Strong understanding of retail operations, supply chain, and distribution processes.
