Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  1. Develop and manage the SDR team: The SDR Lead will train and manage a team of SDRs to achieve sales goals.
  2. Create sales strategies: The SDR Lead will develop sales strategies.
  3. Identifying and targeting potential customers: The SDR Lead will work with the SDR team to identify and target potential customers using various tools.
  4. Lead generation and qualification: The SDR Lead will oversee the process of generating leads and qualifying them for the sales team.
  5. Reporting and analysis: The SDR Lead will create and maintain reports that track the team's performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Kualifikasi:

  1. Min. 3 years of experience working in sales, with a focus on lead generation and qualification.
  2. Experience leading and managing a team of SDRs.
  3. Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
  4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  7. Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed.
