Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives within the banking sector.
- Identify and engage potential clients within the banking, payment, and fintech sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company’s market presence.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, preferably with a focus on banking partnership.
- Proven experience in the payment and fintech industries.
- Strong understanding of banking, payment, and fintech products/services and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and strong business acumen.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Proficiency in English for clear communication within the team
- Previous experience in the financial sector and startup environment is a plus
- Willing to work from office on a daily basis.
