Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge, customer engagement, and relationship-building.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized and attentive service.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand's products and heritage to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Stay informed about the latest collections, materials, and craftsmanship techniques to effectively communicate the brand's value proposition.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to enhance the customer experience.
• Proactively follow up with clients to nurture long-term relationships.
• Maintain a client database and use it to drive sales and repeat business.
• Assist in maintaining visual standards and ensuring the store is always presented in a luxurious and appealing manner.

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 1 (one) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably have an experience as a vehicle Sales Promotion in automotive event or as a Client Advisor in luxury brand/store at mall (LV, Channel, Dior, Fendi, Gucci, etc)
• Have an experience as flight attendant is a plus
• Preferably have an experience as a Client Advisor for luxury furniture store
• Have a good communication skills
• Target Oriented, excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation skill, problem-solving, detail oriented and presentation skill
• Good analytical thinking
• Willing to be placed in Mangga Dua, Central Jakarta or Cibitung, Bekasi or PIK, North Jakarta
• Willing to follow the On-site /Offline Recruitment Process in Head Office Mangga Dua, Jakarta Pusat
